Windrush Legacies CIC is delivering free weekly multi-sports sessions designed to help children move, connect, build confidence and feel included in a safe, welcoming community space.

Session Details
Sessions take place every Wednesday starting on Wednesday 29th July 2026 in Waltham Cross. Please register before attending so we can understand your child’s needs and prepare the right support.

Ages 5–11

Who These Sessions Are For
These sessions are for children and young people aged 5–15 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities who would benefit from a friendly, inclusive and supportive sports activity.
The sessions are suitable for children who may need encouragement, adapted activities, a calmer pace, extra support, or a welcoming space to build confidence through movement and play.

The sessions are designed to be safe, friendly and accessible. Our coaches will support children to take part in a way that suits their needs, confidence and ability. Parents and carers are welcome to stay where appropriate, especially if their child needs additional reassurance or support.
